About Us
Plasma Care was established in 2011 as a pharmaceutical distribution and retail company. Our founder, Mr. Mayur Shirbhate, is a qualified pharmacist with an MBA in Marketing (graduating in 2010).
We have built strong relationships with doctors, private and government hospitals across the region. We also have experience exporting cancer-related products to Gulf countries.
In 2019, we embarked on a new journey by venturing into the Ayurvedic medicine stream. This expansion allowed us to deepen our understanding of Ayurveda and connect with practitioners and institutions specializing in this traditional system of medicine.
Over the years, our focus on pharmaceutical distribution has fostered strong connections with doctors, medical stores, and hospitals, making us a trusted partner in the healthcare sector.

What is integrated care?
Integrated care refers to the association of multiple treatment paradigms to produce a single unified program. The idea is to deliver seamless care to the patient to ensure high treatment continuity and improve patient satisfaction. Integrated programs typically involve multi-element psychosocial therapies for mental illness. For example, integrated psychological therapy and integrated neurocognitive therapy involves a combination of cognitive and social skills training. Integrated care can also refer to the formal liaison of typically distinct services such as medical practitioners and dedicated mental health teams, or the incorporation of mental health and substance use treatments into a single program.

Integrated Plasma Care Module
Plasma Care has established solid partnerships with primary care physicians (PCPs), specialists, hospitals, independent and assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers and other health care providers to improve the quality of care for individuals receiving services through our Health Card programs.
This Intergerated Care Module program is for older adults and individuals with disabilities , Goal is a redesigned health care delivery system that is more patient-centered with focus on improved health outcomes, enhanced patient access and patient safety.
Live Webinar program to promote education on chronic disease management and healthy lifestyles
Complimentary Plasma Care Membership Program which includes additional services coordinated by a Medical Social Worker. These include but are not limited to family caregivers support, providing patient education and counseling, and making referrals for other services
